To add or update a payment method, log in to your account and click on Payment Method in the Billing section of your Settings.

Payments can be made via credit card or PayPal.

Can I add more than one payment method?

Multiple payment methods can be added and stored in your account. For example, you may choose to use different payment methods for different venues.

You can choose which payment method to use per campaign from the dropdown menu.

Will I need to enter my payment method for each campaign?

Payment methods are stored in your account with a default payment method. If you’d like to use a different payment method than your default, you’ll need to manually switch it on a per-campaign basis.

When will I be charged?

Your payment method will be charged 48 hours before the Promoted Email campaign is scheduled to be sent.
