With a Bandsintown Pro for Festivals Essential or Premium package, your festival sets are seamlessly distributed to Amazon Music artist pages and sent to fans via push notifications.

Get started

  1. Log in to your festival dashboard

  2. Go to the Lineup page

  3. Add and publish artist sets that you want distributed across our Apple integrations

  4. They will appear on Amazon Music within 12 hours.

Where and how Bandsintown events appear on Amazon Music

Your festival sets appear on your Amazon Music artist page in two places:

  • Nearby concerts - Featured near the top (shows within fans' location)

  • All upcoming shows - Listed further down artist pages

When fans tap a show, they see event details and a "Get tickets" button that opens your Bandsintown event page.

Fans will also receive push notifications about your nearby events.

How to edit your events featured on Amazon Music

You can manage your event listings from your Bandsintown Pro dashboard, and changes will be reflected on Amazon Music within 12 hours.

Not seeing your events on Amazon Music?

First, confirm that the eligibility criteria above have all been met and that more than 12-24 hours have passed since publishing your set listing. If it’s still not appearing, then please contact our Pro Support team so we can assist you.

PLEASE NOTE: Updates to existing events and new events added using Bandsintown Pro may take up to 12 hours to appear on Amazon Music.
