How Boost and Promoted Email work together

Bandsintown Pro for Promoters offers two ways to reach more fans — and they work best when used together.

Boost is the hands-off option. Once you’re live, your event is automatically placed in front of concertgoers across the Bandsintown app, website, and automated emails—no creative, no campaign setup, no targeting decisions required. It’s ideal for building broad awareness quickly.

Promoted Email gives you direct control. You design a custom email campaign with AI-assisted tools, choose exactly which fans to target (by city, radius, or similar artists), and send a dedicated message straight to their inbox. It’s best when you want to deliver a focused message to a specific audience.
